No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.' FlasHDasH Posted June 9, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 9, 2010 Narrated Al-Bara (Radi-Allahu 'anhu): I saw Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) on the day (of the battle) of the Trench carrying earth till the hair of his chest were covered with dust and he was a hairy man. He was reciting the following verses of 'Abdullah (bin Rawaha): "O Allah, were it not for You, We would not have been guided, Nor would we have given in charity, nor prayed. So, bestow on us calmness, and when we meet the enemy. Then make our feet firm, for indeed, Yet if they want to put us in affliction, (i.e. want to fight against us) we would not (flee but withstand them)." The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) used to raise his voice while reciting these verses. (See Hadith No. 432, Vol. 5). The man died and Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "He is in the '(Hell) Fire." FlasHDasH Posted June 13, 2010 Author Report Share Posted June 13, 2010 Narrated 'Ali (Radi-Allahu 'anhu): Fatima complained of what she suffered from the hand mill and from grinding, when she got the news that some slave girls of the booty had been brought to Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam). She went to him to ask for a maid-servant, but she could not find him, and told 'Aisha of her need. When the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) came, Aisha informed him of that. The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) came to our house when we had gone to our beds. (On seeing the Prophet) we were going to get up, but he said, 'Keep at your places,' I felt the coolness of the Prophet's feet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) on my chest. Then he said, "Shall I tell you a thing which is better than what you asked me for? When you go to your beds, say: 'Allahu Akbar (i.e. Allah is Greater)' for 34 times, and 'Alhamdu Lillah (i.e. all the praises are for Allah)' for 33 times, and Subhan Allah (i.e. Glorified be Allah) for 33 times. MUSLIM WOMAN Posted June 17, 2010 Report Share Posted June 17, 2010 Salaam Narrated 'Amr bin Taghlib (Radi-Allahu 'anhu): Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) gave (gifts) to some people to the exclusion of some others. The latter seemed to be displeased by that. The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "I give to some people, lest they should deviate from True Faith or lose patience, while I refer other people to the goodness and contentment which Allah has put in their hearts, and 'Amr bin Taghlib is amongst them." 'Amr bin Taghlib said, "The statement of Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) is dearer to me than red camels." Narrated Al-Hasan: 'Amr bin Taghlib told us that Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) got some property or some war prisoners and he distributed them in the above way (i.e. giving to some people to the exclusion of others). MUSLIM WOMAN Posted June 18, 2010 Report Share Posted June 18, 2010 Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu Loot to the Cause of Allah - 6th Rajab 1431 (18th June 2010) Narrated Ibn 'Umar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu): Umar bin Al-Khattab expelled all the Jews and Christians from the land of Hijaz. Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) after conquering Khaibar, thought of expelling the Jews from the land which, after he conquered it belonged to Allah, Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) and the Muslims. But the Jews requested Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) to leave them there on the condition that they would do the labor and get half of the fruits (the land would yield). Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "We shall keep you on these terms as long as we wish." So, whoever innovates in it an heresy or commits a sin or gives shelter in it, to such an innovator will incur the Curse of Allah, the angels and all the people, and none of his compulsory or optional good deeds of worship will be accepted. And whoever (freed slave) takes as his master (i.e. befriends) other than his real masters will incur the same (Curse). And the asylum granted by any Muslim is to be secured by all the other Muslims, and whoever betrays a Muslim in this respect will incur the same (Curse)." MUSLIM WOMAN Posted June 27, 2010 Report Share Posted June 27, 2010 Bismillah Walhamdulillah Was Salaatu Was Salaam 'ala Rasulillah As-Salaam Alaikum Wa-Rahmatullahi Wa-Barakatuhu Beginning of Creation - Narrated Abu Dhar (Radi-Allahu 'anhu): The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) asked me at sunset, "Do you know where the sun goes (at the time of sunset)?" I replied, "Allah and His Apostle know better." He said, "It goes (i.e. travels) till it prostrates Itself underneath the Throne and takes the permission to rise again, and it is permitted and then (a time will come when) it will be about to prostrate itself but its prostration will not be accepted, and it will ask permission to go on its course but it will not be permitted, but it will be ordered to return whence it has come and so it will rise in the west. And that is the interpretation of the Statement of Allah: "And the sun runs its fixed course For a term (decreed). that is The Decree of (Allah) The Exalted in Might, The All-Knowing."
