Fight the Temptation

Initially when a person does a wrong, there is reluctance and hesitation. This is a favour of Allah Ta‘ala which needs to be appreciated and taken advantage of. When a person ignores this inspiration a few times, it stops and then he does not feel anything in doing the worst of sins. On the other hand, if he appreciates it, he will be blessed with more of these inspirations.

The whole trial is that of resisting of temptation. This temptation comes in various ways. Sometimes it is in what we look at, what we listen to, or even what kind of deals we get involved in. If we leave out temptation, 90% of the battle is won.
