Consuming 100 grams of date fruits can lower blood cholesterol levels by inhibiting the absorption of fat or cholesterol in the large intestine so that blood cholesterol levels decreased Healthy Eating Food 2. Potassium helps the heart in the palm to work on a regular basis, activates muscle contraction and helps regulate blood pressure, and this is very good for helping people with hypertension because of the contraction and relaxation of blood vessels with a good work that is not easily broken 3.
