No-one really knows the exact number, right? "not a leaf falls, but He knows it" [surah Al An'am, Verse 59] Subhan Allah! Can our minds even comprehend the Greatness of the Creator of the heavens and the earth? Allahu Akbar! Truly Allah is Greater than EVERYTHING else.
